I take this opportunity to announce that a blog named 'OzSikhs' has been launched with a view to update the Sikh Sangat with local community news, views and events.
The blog will try to cover most of the major events, announcements and general news of Sikh Sangat in Sydney and will be updated at least once a week.

- Passionate about media and technology started my career in ICT in 1987 in India in computer operations. Then moved on to the teaching in IT for five years. After migrating to Australia in 1998, tried few jobs in IT support to place myself in a new country /environment. At the same time started writing in print media and then slowly moved on to electronic media by joining SBS as a casual tradelister in 2007. Also moved into project management as Manager ICT with Dept of Justice. Got a part-time permanent job as Producer Punjabi program in SBS's Audio and Language Content in 2012.
